Inclusive Inquiry
Using an inclusive inquiry approach, we facilitate conversations with and within the community to discuss themes including belonging, inclusion, and racism. Participants are guided through exploring and reflecting on assumptions and different points of view, and are encouraged to generate new thinking and ideas.

Experiential Learning
We challenge ways of doing with hands-on learning. Exploring and testing new approaches for fostering diverse and equitable spaces informs the projects and collaborations we undertake. This interactive approach to co-creating meaningful social change centres the experiences of diverse groups of people and partners.
Research & Education
By collaborating with community organizations, subject-matter experts, and people with lived experience of diversity we create resources and tools to strengthen inclusive spaces. Through these tools, as well as education sessions, we aim to provide opportunities and ideas for dismantling discriminatory practices and processes.
